Experience balance & harmony through a slow and mindful class to release tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Emphasis will be placed on self-awareness, breath, and honoring the body. This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students who enjoy a mindful and relaxing yoga class. It begins with breathing exercises and ends with focused body relaxation exercises. Class is held in a dimly lit room with optional use of essentials oil (provided). Floor work is required - so if you have difficulty getting up from the floor, this class may not be for you. Bring 1 thick mat or 2 regular mats for comfort.
