If you have a pre-existing condition(s) or have recently sustained and injury, please consult your physician BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR ANY EXERCISE CLASSES. Pilates concentrates on the body core which is our abdominal muscles. Pilates lengthens muscles and improves posture & flexibility. NOTE: Bring a yoga mat, towel, small pillow, bottled water, optional hand weights, & a big smile. Wear comfortable clothing, bring socks & sneakers for your feet. Week 1-3: Breathing, flexibility, form, and safety Week 4: Breathing, flexibility, form, and safety plus add poses Week 5: Continue adding beginning and intermediate poses Week 6-8: Continue adding & modifying beginning and intermediate poses All classes will also incorporate low impact cardio routines.

Step Aerobics provides a high intensity cardiovascular workout when performed properly. Step Aerobics is almost injury free. Body Sculpturing is a series of fat burning exercises which will tone and firm most of your major muscle groups. Together this class gives a total workout for men and women of all ages.
